Contracts

You can probably skip the bid

NeedThese holds cooperative purchasing contracts that Arizona school districts, charter schools, and government entities can buy against directly. For most technology purchases that removes the formal solicitation step entirely, which is usually the difference between ordering this week and ordering next quarter.

What a cooperative contract does for you

A cooperative already ran the competitive solicitation, publicly, on your behalf. When you buy from an awarded vendor under that contract, you inherit that process.

No separate bid

The competitive process is already done and documented. You reference the contract number instead of running your own solicitation.

Clean paperwork

Every quote we send carries the contract number, so your business office and your auditors can see the authority on the document itself.

Pricing already set

Contract pricing is established up front, so what you are quoted is what the contract allows, not a number invented for one deal.

The contracts we hold

1GPA

Contract #22-02PV-14

1GPA is an Arizona based national purchasing cooperative, widely used by districts across the state. It is the contract most Arizona schools reach for first, because their business offices already know it.

  • Who can use it: public and charter school districts, colleges, cities, counties, and other public entities that are 1GPA members. Membership is free.
  • What we supply under it: classroom and district technology, including interactive panels, laptops and Chromebooks, networking and wifi, cabling, security, and peripherals.
  • How to use it: reference the contract number on your purchase order. We put it on every quote so you do not have to look it up.

OMNIA Partners

Contract #R211502

OMNIA Partners is one of the largest public sector purchasing cooperatives in the country. Its contracts are competitively solicited and publicly awarded by a lead public agency, which makes it a strong option when a district wants national sourcing clearly on the record.

  • Who can use it: public agencies nationwide that participate in OMNIA Partners, including K-12 districts and higher education.
  • What we supply under it: the same technology categories, quoted against OMNIA terms.
  • When to choose it over 1GPA: usually a business office preference. If your district already routes technology through OMNIA, we will quote it that way. If you are not sure, ask and we will tell you which is simpler for your situation.

ℹ️ Not sure which contract your district uses, or whether you are a member? Call 480-460-5199 and we will check it for you before you file any paperwork.

Buying on contract, start to finish

  1. Tell us what you need

A wish list, a bid sheet, a clearance cart, or a phone call. Whatever you already have.

  2. We quote it on contract

Priced under 1GPA or OMNIA, with the contract number printed on the quote.

  3. Your office issues a PO

The purchase order references the contract. No separate solicitation to run.

  4. We deliver

To the site, on the timeline we quoted, installed or configured if that is part of the job.

E-rate too

Category 2 equipment like internal wifi and switching is often E-rate eligible. We quote those items the way the filing needs them, so your consultant is not chasing us for a reformat.
